CIR Industrial Steel Roller Shutter
The CIR Steel Roller Shutters comes in a range of slat sizes including 50mm slat, 75mm slat or 100mm slat. The steel slat comes with a choice of solid, slotting or perforations depending on requirements.
Suitable applications include loading docks, industrial factory units, car parks and commercial buildings.
The CIR Steel Roller Shutters can be slotted or perforated to provideventilation where necessary or remain solid to keep out vermin and debris.
The CIR Steel Roller Shutters can be supplied in a vast arrange of sizes and colour finishes to suit all decors.

CURTAIN
Constructed of cold rollformed interlocking galvanised steel slats with face depth 50mm, 75mm or 100mm x 1mm or 0.8 thick, Note: Different profile and gauges are also available. Nylon end clips are fitted to prevent lateral movement and smooth operation. Wicket Gates for access are optional. Fire Rated Steel Shutters available.
BOTTOM RAIL
Extruded aluminium angle section with rubber weather seal manufactured to interlock with curtain.
LOCKING
Manually operated doors have heavy duty padbolts fitted to each side of the bottom rail to which padlocks can be fitted.
SIDE GUIDES
Are 100mm deep by 34mm wide extruded steel suitable for
TRACK
Pressed steel channel 100mm or 75mm to give ease of operation and effective curtain control. Windlock guides are used where applicable.
BRACKETS
Steel brackets 10mm thick are attached to walls by three dynabolts unless welded directly to steelwork.
DRUM
Manufactured from 165mm or 220mm seamless tube attached to self-lubricating bearings rotating on a steel shaft. The shaft shall be fitted with helical spints designed to counterbalance the curtain weight throughout its operation. The drum shall be designed to give minimum deflection over the span. Slotted and perforated options are available.
OPERATION
Hand lift, single or double reduction chain hoist or single or 3 phase operation with standard 240 volt reversing contractor.
FINISH
Hot Dip Galvanised Finish. Whilst Dulux powder coat range is extra cost
